1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Cyberlith's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Cyberlith provides lead generation services through various digital marketing channels including social media advertising, search engine marketing, and multi-channel campaigns. Our services are designed to identify and deliver qualified prospects to our clients.

3. Service Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

  • Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Multi-Channel: $60 per qualified lead
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing based on requirements

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We define a qualified lead as a prospect who:

  • Meets the agreed-upon demographic and firmographic criteria
  • Has expressed genuine interest in your services
  • Has provided accurate contact information
  • Responds to initial outreach attempts

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target audience specifications
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Maintaining professional communication standards
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cyberlith's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
